Unforgettable Hot Sauces from all over the world
Chili Klaus is the exclusive importer of Hot Sauces from all over the world, and we offer a huge selection with countless different flavours and strengths. We find the strongest and finest Hot Sauces in the world and bring them home to Denmark: for example, Culley’s from New Zealand, Queen Majesty from Brooklyn and Adoboloco from Hawaii - to name but a few. Chili Klaus also produces three of its own Hot Sauces. No. 1 Smoky Ghost, No. 2 Jalapeño & Tarragon and No. 3 Ginger & Lime.

If you’re interested and have visited YouTube in the past couple of years, you will almost certainly be familiar with the YouTube show Hot Ones, one of the most popular shows in the world. Every week, the host Sean Evans interviews celebrities, as they taste increasingly stronger Hot Sauces. In fact, Chili Klaus has been a guest on the show. You can watch the episode on YouTube here. Here in the shop, you’ll find many of the Hot Sauces to which the unsuspecting guests are subjected. Try, for example, The Last Dab XXX, the strongest sauce ever featured on Hot Ones.

From gentle breeze to natural disaster
We replaced the SHU (Scoville Heat Unit) scale, which is the normal way of measuring the heat of a chili, with Chili Klaus’s own scale - the Wind Force Scale, which ranges from 0 to 15. With Wind Force 0 you feel nothing. It’s about as strong as a red pepper. From there you can ascend all the way to Wind Force 15, which packs a proper punch that you will not soon forget. Wind Force 15 chilis include Carolina Reaper and Trinidad Scorpion Moruga Blend with a Scoville measurement of 2,000,000 SHU. We always sample our Hot Sauces and ascribe them a Wind Force from 1 to 15. Chili Klaus has Hot Sauces with all wind forces and for every taste, whether you’re into a mild Jalapeño or an extremely strong Carolina Reaper. From a gentle breeze to a full-blown hurricane.

Use it for everything
You can use Hot Sauces for many different purposes. They can certainly pep up everyday food. All Hot Sauces have their own unique flavour composition, and you can find one to match just about any food. But we have a few favourites that are perfect for providing some extra oomph.

Use a few drops on your scrambled eggs or your omelette, on pizza, in tacos, as a marinade for spareribs or on a steak on the barbecue. The sky’s the limit! Find inspiration for recipes in the book  Den er go i ørene by Chili Klaus.
