Whole, dried Ancho chili. Mild and with the taste of nuts and fruits.
Remove stalks and kernels and briefly roast the Ancho chilies on the pan until the smell of nuts spreads. Then place the chilies in boiled water for approx. 15 minutes. Now they can be blended and used in marinades, moles, salsas, sauces, soups ... whatever!
Be aware that they may contain traces of both nuts and sesame.
