Smoked Hot BBQ - wind force 5 with Ghost chili, herbs and smoked bell peppers is ideal for marinating meat and fish.
Pulled Pork Chili Rub - wind force 6 with Scotch Bonnet chili, rosemary and lemon and is perfect for marinating pork.
Sweet Scorpion Grill Mix - wind force 7 is both sweet and spicy at the same time. The Trinidad Scorpion chili adds flavor and heat, the sweetness comes from tomato, sugar and onion. Ideal for beef and poultry.
You might also use the seasoning blends in a cold sauce or in a stew.
