- 10 fresh chilies in different colors of your choice
- 2 cloves garlic
- peel of 1 eco-lemon
- 1 l taste-neutral oil, eg sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Rinse the chillies in cold water and cut off the stems. Peel the garlic and grate the peel of the lemon. Put it all in a blender and let the blender run for 10 minutes.
Put the oil in the fridge for min. 6 hours so that the taste can settle.
