In Trinidad, they grow Scorpion chilies, which are some of the hottest in the world. Eye of the Scorpion mixes these strong chilies with garlic, salt which results in an extremely strong sauce, but also highlights the chili's floral taste.
Tattoo artist Matthew Henning designed the label on Eye of the Scorpion.
