The Norwegian company Midsummer celebrates their 3-year anniversary launching this Hot Sauce. It is made on the delicious Peruvian pepper Rocoto, which adds both heat and the wonderful red color.
The sauce aged for 3 years and has finally been added aged rosé vinegar.
The 3 year anniversary sauce is packed in a nice gifttube.

This is an unpasteurised sauce and is therefore a “living sauce”, meaning there is a risk of spillage upon opening the bottle.
Here are a few precautions to take upon opening and using this sauce:
◦ Avoid shaking the bottle, as this increases built up pressure.
◦ Keep refrigerated (max 4 degrees Celsius).
◦ Once the sauce is cold, open the bottle carefully in order to release pressure.
